We received the package and upon opening saw that the wooden box containing the champagne was split and the wood had lifted. We had to take it to our relatives as it was their 50th wedding anniversary. I took photos and emailed the company that day and nearly 2 weeks on we still haven’t received a reply. I asked for a new box to be sent (the champagne and label were fine) but not even an acknowledgment of the problem. This wasn’t cheap, we paid the best part of £50 for it but I would not recommend anyone to deal with them as they really don’t care what state their product arrives at their customers address.
